Lauren DiFilippo • Studio Director

Miss Lauren is a native of Saugus and started dancing at the age of three.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Dance at Dean College in 2015 (Joan Phelps Palladino School of Dance) graduating magna cum laude.  During her time at Dean, she studied under many renowned dance educators-Jill Silverman, Joan Phelps Palladino, Rose Pasquarello-Beauchamp, Ricardo Foster and other choreographers.  She has danced various styles including jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, hip hop, contemporary and modern.  Lauren has also attended various dance conventions and workshops including Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston. She has performed and competed with a dance company in 2013 in numerous places around the East Coast, including World of Dance Boston, Elements at Boston University, Bentley University and Prelude New England Dance Competition in New Jersey where the company placed second overall.  Lauren has also performed in Dean College’s Production “Dance Company: Backstage” in a piece choreographed by Ricardo Foster.  Lauren went on to develop adaptive and inclusive programs at Dance Junction alongside the general dance curriculum. She is currently an ABA tutor in addition to her role as a studio owner.  She cannot wait to work with your dancers and provide them the road to success in dance.

Anna Witkowski • Competition Team Director/Choreographer

Anna Witkowski began her dance training at the young age of three, where she found her passion for dance. Growing up attending a local dance studio, she studied a variety of dance styles and was a competitive dancer, competing in Regional and National Competitions up and down the East Coast. She went on to study dance and dance production, theory, and composition at Stonehill College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Visual and Performing Arts with a concentration in Dance. There, Anna was a dancer and choreographer for the Stonework’s Dance Company, an instructor of the Dance Outreach Program, a performer for the Mayfair Festival of Boston, as well as a two-time finalist in Team Dance at the National Dance Alliance Collegiate Competition with the Stonehill Dance Team. After college, the dancing never stopped. Miss Anna has continued her dance career choreographing and teaching at local dance studios for all age and dance levels. Her choreography has been recognized in multiple dance competitions receiving high scores, special awards, and top placements. Anna continues her own dance education by attending dance classes and conferences instructed by some of the most outstanding names in the dance industry in cities like New York and Boston. As a dancer, instructor, and choreographer, Anna prides herself in creating a fun, enthusiastic, hard working atmosphere enriched with artistic expression in every class to build a memorable and positive experience for every dancer who walks in. She always encourages all of her dancers to dream beyond the stars and is so excited to share her passion of dance with each and every one of them.

Debi Cocco •  Tap • Competition Team Choreographer

Debi is an active member of both professional teacher organizations, dance teachers club of boston and dance masters of america. She is a former studio owner that has taught at many studios throughout New England. She has been on faculty at many conventions and workshops including dance teacher live conference. She not only has judged competitions but her students continually achieved many overall and high score awards. She has taught at many dance intensives throughout mass and New Hampshire. She continues her education by attending seminars, classes, and conventions in New York, Vegas, and California.  Debi is excited to share her knowledge and passion for dance with her students!

Kathleen Donahue • Competition Team Choreographer •  Ballet •  Pointe

Katy grew up dancing starting at the age of three and went on to compete for eight years at her home studio. She also danced for her high school dance team. Katy took part in the American Ballet Theater summer ballet camps and performed in the annual Nutcracker with the San Diego City Ballet. At the collegiate level she earned a Minor in Dance and was a member of the Stonewall Dance Company. She competed as a part of the Stonehill Dance Team at the national level. She has always been passionate about ballet and pointe.

Alyssa Joyal • Tumbling/Cheer Dance

Alyssa is a student at Salem State University. She is currently studying social work. She started cheering at East Celebrity Elite where she won the Cheerleading World Championship i 2017. She then went on to Oklahoma State University for two years where she won two national championships with their small co-ed cheer team and their STUNT team. Alyssa also cheered for the USA National All Girl Team in 2019. She has been coaching cheerleading and tumbling for the past five years and loves working with kids to help them improve their skills.
